INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/ GUARDIANS

We take our responsibility for children's safety seriously, but there's no substitute for 'parental' guidance and whilst every care is taken in selecting other sites for inclusion here, we cannot be held responsible for the content of those sites. Please see Disclaimer.

Coronation Field Fete, MarshHere's a list of things that are happening regularly in the Lancaster and Morecambe area for children and young teenagers. (Click here for the diary)

For one off events see our main what's on calendar.
For many of these things, if you are under 13 yrs old an adult will probably have to come with you. If this isn't possible, then you will need to phone first and check if you can come unaccompanied.

This isn't the only page with things you might like to go to - there's also a big 'what's on' calendar with all kinds of activities (Sadly also things for adults as well as for kids) and pages with what's on at the cinema and the theatre. There's also a page with courses, classes and workshops - things like martial arts, photography and lots more, some of which are open to young people as well as adults. And a page with centres teaching everything from music to martial arts.

There are lots of Childrens events at Salt Ayre Sports Centre - as well as ordinary sports sessions there are lots of special fun + games sessions too, especially during the holidays. Some are listed below but there isn't room for most so phone (01524) 847540 or See Salt Ayre website for for more info + lots more activities
